4nice-sized potatoessliced ¼ inch thick
1small onionsliced into rings or half rings

1pinchgarlic powder
Salt & pepperto taste
2tbspbutter

Instructions
Wash and dry the potato slices.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes.
