Smoky Roasted Garlic Marinara Sauce
Rich tomato sauce with a smoky, garlicky kick, ideal for pasta or dipping.

14.5 oz can fire-roasted crushed tomatoes

smoked paprika

Instructions
Roast the Garlic:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the top off a whole head of garlic, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, and wrap in foil.
Roast for 30-40 minutes until soft and golden. Let cool, then squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves.
Sauté & Build the Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add the roasted garlic, mashing it with a spoon.
Stir in fire-roasted tomatoes, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer:
Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Stir occasionally to blend flavors.
Finish & Serve:
Stir in grated Parmesan and fresh basil for extra depth.
Notes
Serve warm with zucchini fries, breadsticks, or even as a burger topping!
